Position: MEP Site Engineer
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Department: Central Office (Karachi and/or Islamabad)
Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in MEP site engineering
Qualification: BSc in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Systems Supervision
1. Review electrical designs and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
2. Supervise the installation and testing of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, backup power systems, and ELV systems (ICT, PA, CCTV, etc.).
3. Use electrical testing tools (e.g., megger, multimeters) to diagnose and resolve system faults.
4. Prepare load schedules, cable size calculations, and single-line diagrams.
5. Coordinate with contractors and designers to implement design changes based on site conditions.
Plumbing Systems Supervision
1. Oversee the installation of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and heating equipment.
2. Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure proper installation and performance.
3. Troubleshoot issues such as leaks, pressure problems, and blockages.
Site Coordination & Management
1. Supervise electrical and plumbing contractors to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
2. Monitor progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
2. Maintain accurate as-built documentation for final handover.
3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: BSc in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in MEP site engineering.
Skills: Site coordination, plumbing systems oversight, and electrical system supervision.
