Qualifications Required
To qualify for the Senior Registrar (Dermatology) position, candidates must meet one of the following educational criteria:
Primary Qualification:
- MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification with FCPS, MS, FRCS, MRCP, MD, or Diplomat of American Board in Dermatology, or an equivalent qualification in Dermatology from a recognized institute or university.
Alternative Qualification (If candidates with the primary qualifications are not available):
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification with FCPS, MS, FRCS, MRCP, MD, or Diplomat of American Board (in General Surgery or Medicine) with at least three years of post-graduation practical experience in Dermatology from a recognized institute.
Age Limit
- Male Candidates: 25 to 45 years (plus 5 years of age relaxation) – Maximum age: 50 years
- Female Candidates: 25 to 45 years (plus 8 years of age relaxation) – Maximum age: 53 years
- Transgender Candidates: Age and sex will be determined based on the information in their CNIC.
Gender and Domicile
- Gender: The position is open to male, female, and transgender candidates.
- Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in any district of the Province of Punjab.
Place of Posting
Successful candidates will be posted at various universities, medical colleges, and hospitals across Punjab.
Important Notes
- Only practical experience gained after obtaining the prescribed qualifications will be considered.
- Candidates must possess a valid (full) Permanent Registration Certificate from the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council/Pakistan Medical Commission, showing their post-graduate qualification, issued on or before the closing date of the application.
