Job Description
UNICOL Limited, a joint venture distillery plant, is looking for qualified and talented individuals for the position based at Plant Site, Mirpurkhas.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing daily plant operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Implementing and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Developing and executing operational strategies to achieve production targets and optimize resource utilization.
- Leading and mentoring a team of plant managers, engineers, and technical staff.
- Collaborating with management to develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must have:
- A BE / ME in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in plant operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the chemical, oil & gas, or distillery industry.
