Qualifications

To be considered for the Executive Assistant position at Sayban Group, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • MSc, BA, or BSc in Business Administration, Economics, ACCA, or ICMA.
  • 2-3 years of experience directly reporting to C-suite Executives.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

Job Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant at Sayban Group, your primary role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar Management: Managing the CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordination: Coordinating and organizing meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Confidentiality: Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintaining privacy at all times.
  • Liaison Role: Acting as a liaison between the CEO and the Sales and Marketing Staff, ensuring effective communication.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and office organization.
  • Communication: Demonstrating excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibiting strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
