Job Description

1. Manage the sales and collections of his territory and follow the company procedure for order processing.

2. Engage the dealers and big growers/ farmers for product development activities in the market to enhance the product sales volume.

3. Able to enhance and promote focus products sales.

4. Manage the high-profile farmer meetings crop-wise for potential pockets of the territory.

5. Manage daily field activities and dealer visits to achieve weekly and monthly assigned FMs/FAS targets.

6. Able to present sales analysis of his territory.

7. Able to demonstrate company policies, product advantages, and results to farmers and guide appropriate usage of the product to get the best crop production results.
