Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Increase Sales: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales within your assigned territory. Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and tailor your approach to meet those needs effectively.
- Develop Sales Policies: Create and implement sales policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Motivate Teams: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets. Foster a positive and productive work environment to ensure high performance.
- Understand Crop Cycles: Gain insights into crop cycles and patterns to better address customer needs and align your sales strategies accordingly.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Continuously analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within your territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address their concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: BSc in Agriculture or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in territorial sales, with a proven track record of increasing sales and managing teams effectively.
- Skills: Strong sales and team management skills, market analysis, customer relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
