We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Zonal Sales Manager (Feeds).

Job Description:

As a Zonal Sales Manager (Feeds) at Jadeed Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing relationships within the Faisalabad division.

This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in agriculture feed sales and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for feed products in the assigned zone.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on feed products, industry developments, and competitor activities to effectively promote Jadeed Group’s offerings.
  • Field Visits: Regularly visit farms and agricultural operations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), BS in Poultry Sciences, MS in Poultry Sciences, or M.Phil. in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role within the feed or agricultural sector. Field experience in the Faisalabad division is preferred.
